Our Story
Tuscan cooking is built on restraint: good bread, good oil, beans cooked slowly, nothing added for show. That standard is why the APCI certification mattered to us.
We opened in November 2025 because this corridor had everything except a proper Italian dining room — tablecloths, wine list, dress code — close enough to drive to on a Tuesday.

Born and raised right here in Canada, Isabella is an experienced chef with her own point of view, and she cooks the way she believes Italian food should be cooked — simply, at home, without distance. Traditional flavours, her own creativity in every dish. She writes the specials. She comes out to the tables.
